Abstract :
This paper discusses the consideration of U.S government towards the Nuclear Agreement with India. Nuclear has been being tremendous factor of foreign policy since its significance influence on decision making of foreign policy. India as the rising economic power country has the capability to develop nuclear. India’s nuclear test on 1974 and 1998 prove that the nuclear energy could be developed into explosive nuclear. Due to India’s nuclear test and India is not a signatory of Non-Proliferation Treaty, the U.S has to obligate the Non- Proliferation Treaty and its national law that prohibit any nuclear material transfer to India. I argue that consideration of the U.S government towards the Nuclear Agreement with India because the U.S government assumed that it would bring multiple benefits to this state.
